Project Overview

The before photos show an existing light-colored exterior along with active construction around part of the home. One of the biggest challenges on projects like this is making new and existing sections feel like one finished exterior instead of separate additions completed at different times.

The darker finished siding gives the property a much more unified appearance while the lighter trim keeps the architectural details visible. If you are considering a similar update, explore the siding options available from 614 Exteriors or review the products featured on our materials page.

Bringing the Exterior Together

A siding project is about more than changing color. Trim lines, transitions, corners, windows and adjoining sections all have to work together. The completed project shows how a consistent exterior finish can make an addition and the original structure feel like one home.
